These terms govern your purchase and use of GNLAB. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, don't place an order.
The contract is between you (the customer) and Sumner B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 66485991, BTW: NL856575252B01), trading as GNLAB / myGNLab.
GNLAB is a personalised supplement service. When you order, you receive:
The product is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Prices are shown in euros, including applicable VAT. Current prices are always shown on the website at checkout.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the methods shown at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically every 90 days at the current renewal price unless you cancel. To prevent the next renewal, you must cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date — this gives us enough time to stop the next batch before it goes into production. To cancel, email contact@mygnlab.com. There are no cancellation fees.
If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 90-day cycle. You will receive that supply but no further renewals.
Free shipping across the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. From order to first delivery, the typical timeline is 4–6 weeks: 2–3 days for kit delivery, 3–4 weeks for lab analysis, 5–7 days for supplement delivery.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands over the package at your address.
Under EU consumer protection law you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your DNA kit, without giving any reason. To withdraw, email contact@mygnlab.com within that period.
Once you have provided your saliva sample to the lab, the right to withdraw no longer applies because the genetic analysis service has been performed.
We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you receive your first 90-day supplement supply and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of that supply (excluding the DNA analysis cost which has already been performed by our lab partner).
GNLAB is a food supplement and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have a medical condition. Stop taking the supplement and consult your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.
The genetic analysis is for nutritional formulation purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnostic test. Results should not be interpreted as medical advice.
You confirm that you are 18 years or older when you place an order. You agree to provide accurate information in your health profile questionnaire. We rely on the accuracy of that information to formulate your supplement.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Sumner B.V. or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNLAB's total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transport disruption, regulatory changes, or natural events.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect counts as acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without affecting your rights as a consumer to bring a claim in your country of residence under EU law.
